Does stretching make you taller?
Stretching is not a way to lengthen mature bones. A movement plan can focus on posture, flexibility and consistency without promising permanent height gains.
Posture and bone length are different
Posture describes how you hold your body, both at rest and while moving. MedlinePlus recommends staying active and being mindful of posture in everyday activities. Those are useful goals in their own right, not proof that an exercise increases bone length.
What about hanging or height-increase workouts?
A workout name does not change the biology of growth plates. Once these areas have hardened into bone, a stretching plan is not a method for restarting normal long-bone growth. Treat promises of guaranteed permanent centimeters from an exercise challenge with caution.

Choose a plan by its guidance, not its promise
Look for a clear session list, understandable instructions and an honest description of what the program tracks. Tallify brings guided posture and mobility sessions into a daily plan. The value is having a manageable next step and a record of what you completed—not a guaranteed change on a tape measure.
When comparing apps, check whether the preview shows an actual workout, whether completion is recorded clearly and whether you can find support. Do not assume that words such as AI or personalized mean that a plan has been medically assessed for you.
Keep the feedback useful
Review which sessions you completed and which instructions were unclear. Use that record to make your next session easier to understand. Avoid turning a missed day into a reason to chase a more extreme height challenge.
Tallify does not diagnose pain or prescribe rehabilitation. If movement hurts or you have an injury or medical restriction, stop and seek qualified guidance about suitable activity rather than using the app as a substitute for care.
